Teachers.is is developed by Kunnátta ehf., a company that specializes in innovation in the field of education and information technology. Behind the project are experienced teachers and information technology specialists who have dedicated themselves to improving and facilitating the work of teachers with modern technology.
Who are we?
Bergmann Guðmundsson and Hans Rúnar Snorrason are the creators, pioneers of Teachers.is, and owners of Kunnátta ehf. They received the Encouragement Award of the Icelandic Education Awards 2024 for their outstanding contribution to information technology in education. Both have decades of experience as teachers and project managers at the primary school level.
